Services

I help individuals, couples, and families create meaningful change — whether you're working through a difficult transition, a specific conflict, or simply want to understand yourself more clearly.

No matter where you're starting from, there's real freedom in having a safe, confidential space to explore it.

Individual

One-on-one work built on trust — the foundation for exploring what's really going on and for real change to happen. I create a collaborative space where we're both active participants in shaping the direction of treatment. I start where the need is greatest, and we move into other areas together as trust deepens.

Couple

Work with couples centers on strengthening communication, connection, and compatibility — whatever your relationship status or orientation. As one of two clinicians selected for the Clinical Fellowship at Northwestern's Family Institute, I trained extensively in high-conflict couples work, infidelity, divorce, and the contextual challenges couples face across the lifespan. That training is what lets me hold the complexity of a couple's dynamic without losing sight of either person in it.

Family

Any part of a family system can come together around a shared goal. Family dynamics are often intricate, so treatment focuses on identifying patterns and finding new, more effective ways of relating to one another. I specialize in blended families and families navigating divorce, and I work closely with parents on how to talk with children about major transitions in age-appropriate ways.
